Hi Shelly, just wanted to say a huge well done to you and couch to 5k is amazing. I completed it two years ago then went on todo couch to 10k. I was absolutely amazed how the programme transforms people like myself who was a total non runner and I totally surpassed all my own expectations. Keep up the good work mate, you will never look back..seriously well done xx
