Am a little behind with my schedule, Week 4 should have started last Sat, however I am thinking slow & steady wins the race π so I am doing extra day running with Week 3 which will be Thursday & then I will be ready for Week 4 on Saturday πͺπΌ

Okay it's late but Sammo you got me on this one. Are you now changing a calendar week to 8 days, in which case we all want an extra Saturday...π Or are you running on an extra day so you've done 4 runs in a C25K week. I am unsure whether to say well done or say make sure you're resting... either way you are right slow and steady wins... well done you 1/3 rd of the way through. You're sticking at it nicely...

lol I reread my post & confused myself! I am doing week 3 5 times over 2 weeks, we had last week off & we were decorating so got waylaid.
This Saturday will start week 4 (although should be week 5) Am defo resting, can feel it in my legs more. π
