Week 5. The plan steps up a gear doesn't it? I must admit that this week i thought that this was one mountain i wasn't going to climb. Crazy thing is, im still here and I'm not a shattered mess either.

I'm actually enjoying it.

To those who have just started: This plan really works. Stick out the first few weeks and you will be rewarded with a strength you never believed you had.

To those of you who sent be kind messages on my last post: Thank you. Support is always welcome. I still have a few mountains to climb myself......

Absolutley! I'm also on week 5 and did run 2 yesterday and was amazed that a) I could do it and b) it didn't feel too bad! Sarah said something at the beginning that 'this is more of a mental battle this week than a physical one', maybe she is right. I, like you, now have so much more confidence in the program, it really does work (and I was seriously sceptical). Best of luck with the rest of the week, we've got this! 😀👍😀

Well done Week 5 is a feisty little sucker. But oh my the grin from doing Run 3 lasts for ages and ages. Glad you're enjoying it too. That is the good thing this plan seems to build enjoyment as well. Don't know how but it does!

It does step up.... just follow the programme, listen to the support from the graduates, who have been there and been through it all :)

Just take it steadily... find your own pace as the runs move on....you will be fine :)
