Whhooo completed week 4 feeling elated and a bit terrified now the last 1 min run was seriously flagging today but thank you Kelly clarkson she just belted out " what doesn't kill you makes you stronger " on my iPod π€£π€£ made me move my butt !!!! But now I know it's going to get serious I'm really going to have to find my inner Mo Farah πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ thank you all for continued advice
