Well, they do say mind over matter!

I steadied my pace as I was running too fast in the first 3 minutes and when the first 5 arrived I did hurt. I got through it though and as I ran persuaded myself that this is fun. Next two runs came and went, I must admit I was hanging on at the end. I did not stop at all.

Keep on Running!

Keep on running, no stopping and hanging on that's a great sign. Well done

Slow down.... find your pace.... this is a journey, not a race... your journey...If you need a quick breather, that is fine...:)

The programme is intended to be enjoyable... so... relax and just go as gently as you like. Pushing and hanging on at this stage is not good for you...you start slowly and go with the runs.... breathe normally and take each step steadily...:)

You can do this.... just believe in the programme and trust your own strength :)
