I have Wk 4 run 1 this afternoon. Dreading it!

Don't dread it, play the usual games, chunk it up, look for diversionary tactics for your head, adopt slow and steady rhythm. You'll be fine, the programme has worked just fine up to now, so it will do on this run too.

No need... slow and steady.... just relax and let those legs which are building up into running legs, take you onwards.

Start with a positive feeling... not a dread.... know what you have done so far, and know you will do this run too... I, like all the family, will be right there with you... !

Well done on getting it done. week 5 awaits, feel your legs, set your brain into go mode and you'll be fine and dandy. Just take it slow and steady.
