Week 9, 2 runs left, 125K and counting...

I have just been looking back over the runs I've done since starting c25k and can't believe the progress made.

I vividly remember a couple of months ago thinking week 1 was going to be easy but then realised I really was unfit...

Week 9 now and really enjoying my running. I've ran over 125K and feel so proud for sticking with this programme and not cutting corners so to speak.

Next step for me is to buy some proper sports wear as I am now a runner. 😜

It's been worth every minute of pain
