Does anyone elsehave a slight issue with the fact that you do 3 runs a week and 3 rest days like it tells you and then you want to run on the same days each week?? What does everyone else do??

Sunday, Tuesday and Friday are my run days... always have been... :)

You run to suit you...just always making sure you have at least one day's rest in between runs:)

Ha hsa I'm a bit like that too. Always start a new week on a Sunday and then do Tuesday & Thursday. Will have to be Friday this week due to another commitment. How will I cope....?

You run Mon, Wed, Fri. You do not run Tue, Thur, Sat, Sun. Then you run Mon, Wed, fri again.

Yes, three non-consecutive days on and four days off.

It is better to adopt a fortnightly running schedule if you really want to run more, but you won't have the same running days each week

Run day, Rest day X 7, so you sneak in an extra run during the fortnight.

I have had some weeks where I run two days back to back, have even ran three days back to back - but I graduated a few years ago so have been doing it for some time.

Whilst doing the C25K programme it is important to have the breaks between runs and one of those breaks is going to have to be a 2 day break! That's just the way it is.

I ran C25K on alternate days, apart from a hiatus in the middle, which means you can complete the process in about 8 weeks. The programme's weeks do not have to coincide with chronological weeks.
