I see everyone talking about the NHS 5k app, just wondering if I'm using the same or different one?

It's supported by the BBC & Public Health England and has different celebrities as options for voice overs.

Also completed week 1 today πŸ’ͺ🏼

That's the one.

Some people use the free NHS couch to 5k podcasts as they already have music but it's exactly the same plan.

There are other similar apps out there but the one you're using is the one most used and discussed here.

Congratulations on finishing week one. Feels good doesn't it?

The NHS C25k podcasts have the lovely Laura as the coach and the Audiofuel music is included. You don't need to use your own music πŸ™‚

However, you may want to! That's why I used the NHS app instead of the NHS podcasts.

I only use the app to have the voice overs but I use music channels on TV as I do indoor runs 😌

I don't thinks apps were invented when I did the podcasts πŸ™‚
