I was dreading this run, when I first started this programme I was so out of breath after a Week 1 Run 1 I never believed I would continue. But I woke yesterday it was pouring down with rain and I couldn't decide whether to do the run on the treadmill at the gym , not bother at all or just go out in the rain. Must be bonkers but I chose the rain , by the end of the warm up walk I was soaked with squishy trainers, I continued and finished and dare I say - it was the most enjoyable run, either I am addicted or just simply mad.

Yep! I went out this morning, and was encouraged to do so by posts on here, plus I thought.......well if it was parkrun it would still happen......so, when the rain eased off a bit off I went....
