Anyone know of a Forums for youngsters

As an Admin one of my hardest jobs is turning away the under 16's, unfortunately on any forum on Healthunlocked there is no wiggle room on this issue.

I try and be supportive when I inform them that they cannot stay here and wish them well but if any one knows of a good forum that children are encouraged to run and exercise with very good moderators I would be so grateful as I would love to point them in a positive direction to help fuel their passion.

Many thanks in advance if you can help

Rfc x.

Sorry RFC, cant help Im afraid. I know it must be hard for you and the team having to turn youngsters away.

This is a really tough one because of the safe guarding issues involved. Hope someone knows a regulated safe haven they can advise on .

Hi there...

There are, as you may expect, loads in America! Might be worth contacting a few UK organisations?

The dangers of a forum for youngsters are of course, as we know, manifold... and I suspect that is why there is a dearth of them in the UK... I could have a bit of a look around and see what can find... ?

I spotted this..

kidsrunfree.co.uk/

... and am wondering if there may be any possibilities within the obvious one..?

nhs.uk/change4life-beta/car...

Not much help..but I will have a look around :) x
