So the 60th Birthday arrived and I was going to run however after c of t in bed !!! Iwas whisked off to spend the most enjoyable day at the Chewton Glen spa ( very swanky) with soon to be 30 year old daughter and some surprises tonight !!! So hopefully a run tomorrow????? This 60 lark isn't as bad as first thought . 6th decade here I come !!

Yes it was pointed out to me it is now my 7th decade , not sure how I feel about that 😳. Hey ho 60 is the new 40'😂😂
