Wow 5K

I graduated a couple of weeks ago and been working out how to go forward. Thanks to advice and support especially from @oldfloss at 7am this morning I ran 5k for the first time. I reached the end of my 30 min run and felt good so thought I would give it a try. It took me 41mins and 41 seconds exactly to do the 5k. Feel really chuffed that I have completed my first 5k. 😀 thank you for all the support I have received from this great community
