Ok so week one run 3 just done! Sweaty Betty not attractive but did it!! Legs feeling a little like lead. I took advice from jancanrun and slowed it down a bit and the minutes actually passed fairly pleasantly!! So thanks , that was excellent advice π week 2 here I come!!

Slow and steady is the way, took me a week or two to get that (sustainable pace) but now I'm going forward nicely and ( pun intended) taking it all in my stride

Yay well done. Completing that first week gives you such a buzz doesn't it? You keep thinking enjoying the first one was a flash in the pan, it does get harder but it's worth it. Keep going.
