Ok so week one run 3 just done! Sweaty Betty not attractive but did it!! Legs feeling a little like lead. I took advice from jancanrun and slowed it down a bit and the minutes actually passed fairly pleasantly!! So thanks , that was excellent advice 😊 week 2 here I come!!

Slow and steady does it.. that is the way to get to 30 minutes injury free :)

Hey you , so well done. Lead legs an occupational hazard early on. Oldfloss is my go to guide and her mantra of slow and steady always works. Well done and good luck next time out

Well done, 1 down 8 to go.

Slow and steady is the way, took me a week or two to get that (sustainable pace) but now I'm going forward nicely and ( pun intended) taking it all in my stride

Yay well done. Completing that first week gives you such a buzz doesn't it? You keep thinking enjoying the first one was a flash in the pan, it does get harder but it's worth it. Keep going.
