Tail Runner/Walker at Parkrun

As I am not back to where I was before the scary heart thing that has knocked by fitness back loads ( might be something to do with the fact that I hardly dare move out of the chair for fear of having a heart attack) I saw a post that the local Parkrun were short of volunteers. Never taken part but have been down to watch the past few weeks and it has an amazing atmosphere - so off we go!

Nice thing to be doing! The tail runner at our Parkrun was so sweet to me last week - helped my nerves!

Brilliant - what a great thing to do! It will ease you back in to your running and be great for your confidence. Good luck!🙂

That's good, you can take it easy at the back and still get a run credit..😊
