Well have just completed W4R1 and feel amazing!! Can't believe I ran for 5 minutes nonstop and ran more than I walked in total. Hope the feeling lasts, maybe it's the fact it's Friday end of the week and there is a bottle of wine in the fridge!! Have a great weekend everyone x

Very, very well done indeed! Hold the feeling inside and take it with you on your next runs:)

Have a great day and err... leave the wine in the fridge until this evening ? :) x

Well done , your doing a great job smashing the each run. It's a great feeling when you complete each run so I will say keep going , enjoy each one and especially enjoy your cheeky glass of wine 😉

Brilliantly done, isn't it amazing how quickly the time ramps up. You'll be graduating in no time at all.
