Up and out at 5.30am for my Friday morning run. Ran 3 times this week so feeling good. In August I faced my fear of running and have come a long way building my confidence.
Last night I hit another of my targets. I went for a boot camp session at a gym! We did 30 mins cardio on the cross trainer and then 45 mins in the gym showing me and practicing a weights circuit. I was so nervous but after conquering the C25k I was determined to do this as well. I enjoyed it and will be going again.
My journey to getting fit is progressing in the right direction.
