Worried Knee injury
It all depends how severe the pain is, and how long you have had it... none of us would give you medical advice,we are no experts, but; we do expect aches and pains when we start to run, that is normal!
New exercise, especially where our legs are taking a massive impact, and are probably unused to it too, means our bodies protest. Usually you can tell the difference between that and real pain? Try rest and try some knee exercises... do not just run through pain, and try not to use painkillers, which only relieve the pain and symptoms but do not necessarily solve the problem.

Much better to err on the side of caution and if it continues, get it checked by your GP.
It could just be the knee getting used to running. Make sure you stretch, not just after each run but, every day and do some strengthening exercises for the muscles around the knee. This includes your quads (front of thighs), hamstrings (back of thighs), glutes and calves. If you ask Mrs Google you'll find loads of exercises.
But don't run with pain, just rest a few extra days and hopefully the pain will ease.
