Just some quick advice please.

I'm on week 6 and completed run 1 yesterday, I've been running every other day since I started.

Will it cause any problems if I take Saturday and Sunday off and start again Monday.?

I have a lot on tomorrow and an hangover booked for Sunday.

No problem at all. I had to take 5 days off about week 6 because it was just too hot. Picked up again no problem.

Depending on the hangover, you might not want to run till Tuesday. Remember to hydrate well after the binge.

Ha ha.. I'm not that much of a party animal.. Think I actual run/jog (badly) better than I drink.. hee hee..

Not at all, my schedule was Sat, Mon and Weds, then Thurs and Fri's were my two rest days. I found this pattern very beneficial I.e two days before embarking on a new pattern of runs; but one size does not fit all ,lol. Do whatever suits you and enjoy the experience.

You will be fine. I ran every Mon/Weds/Fri. As long as you are reasonably consistent you should have no problems. Better 2 consecutive rest days than no rest day. Easy on the alcohol the night before a run though (if you are a morning runner like me anyway)!

No problem at all. I tended to just run three times in each calender week but flexed when I needed to. Enjoy your weekend😀
