I've just finished the 1s week. I've struggled a little bit mainly because I'm overweight.

Haven't felt any difference yet. Hope get more motivated soon.

You got this! Wonder how you'll feel week 2!

You will get more motivated because as you achieve longer duration runs the endorphins kick in and you feel great. I've had two practices at W9 this week (that means I attempted to do the first run of week 9 twice but haven't managed to run for the full 30 minutes) but I honestly think that the first few weeks were the hardest for me. Right now you're probably wondering why you're doing it but stick with it. If you're finding it really tricky then I suggest repeating a week until you feel a little more comfortable - I did this a couple of times and I believe it was the right decision - for me at least. I couldn't run for a minute at the start, my lungs were on fire, but it does get easier (note, I don't say easy) and you start to get quite addicted. In a few weeks, like me, you'll be stunned at how long you can run for. It's been said so many times by so many forum legends on here but the programme does work. Have faith in it, believe in it, believe in YOU and you will succeed. Look forward to watching your progress!

You know you have done the hardest part. You have started and completed week one: Well done 👍

I agree, as you get into the programme you will start to feel a great sense of achievement that will carry you forwards. It won't be easy but it will be possible and keep checking in here for motivational chats🏃😊🏃‍♀️
