I can't quite believe I finished it! I actually completed it late on Friday but haven't had chance to actually post about it til now!
My phone decided to break on Friday so I had to go without the podcast which, although odd at first, I quite enjoyed (mainly because I can't stand some of the music choices on the podcast). Now the runs are getting longer and I need to pay less attention to when to stop and start running I might go without more often!
I also managed to rope my boyfriend into doing a 20 minute run too as this is his usual long run time, I'm going to get him to try a 25 minute run next
Looking forward to Week 6 now!
