W6 Hi I had to stop 3 weeks ago due to not being able to run as of being away and other events, would like to start again this Monday. Should I start from where I left of at the start of week 6 or should I repeat a week and build up again? Thanks x

Go out there with the intention of trying week 6. You may surprise yourself. I took 17 days off at the end of W8 and came back and completed W9R1. I had hoped to, but was worried I had lost too much fitness.
On the other hand if you don't quite manage it, you know where you are in terms of current level and can start back from there. But, if you don't give it a go you will never know. What have you got to lose?
