Struggled on second last run .... what does everyone do on rest day? I'm 54 young and just returning to running after 14 year absence finding it really tough !

Anything physical that us not running, e.g. Walking, cycling, swimming, dpinning, dancing, Zumba etc, bodympump, Pilates, yoga etc etc
I am mostly in my veg plot or walks with the borrowed dog. Just keep moving 😃
