This run did not happen on Friday as planned and healthy food was not consumed en mass during the weekend as planned.

Buuuuuuuuuuuut it happened today and I feel better. I tried to buy some sports headphones half way through only for them not to pair up with my dum dum 📱. But still i did the rest of the run feeling free and agile like a gazelle with my name. Bring the week on!!!!!!🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾💪🏾weeeeeeeeeee🤸🏾‍♂️
