This morning I've just completed r2 of w7 and I'd say I wanted to stop a couple of minutes in but I pushed myself on. Halfway through I came to what looked like a mountain and nearly stopped when I came to the top. I'm now not bothered about going to the full 30 but would like to persevere with improving my staminia. I think I'm running about 2.5 k -3k.
