Last time I posted I was on w4r1 I was really struggling with the 5 min run. I repeated this week and have now started w5. I'm not going to lie x3 5mins runs exhausts me but I did it and if I can do it anyone can.
Keep going if your struggling. Repeat weeks. Take your time. Your only competing with yourself . And like everyone's has said to me in this blog. Your not sitting on the couch
