Last time I posted I was on w4r1 I was really struggling with the 5 min run. I repeated this week and have now started w5. I'm not going to lie x3 5mins runs exhausts me but I did it and if I can do it anyone can.

Keep going if your struggling. Repeat weeks. Take your time. Your only competing with yourself . And like everyone's has said to me in this blog. Your not sitting on the couch

You're so right about taking your time and competing with yourself. Good advice. Well done to you for getting to week 5.

Keep up the good work! The fact that you are getting out there and running is amazing!

I was originally worried about how slow I was during the 5 minute runs but now I'm only concerned about completing them without stopping!

It is very tempting to stop early or give myself a longer break but I know if I did that, I would be letting myself down!
