I've just completed week 1 and I have heard that some people repeat certain weeks. How do you decide if u should repeat a week or not? X

If you completed week one - it's time to do week 2 and so on. Well done by the way!

I would say people repeat if they've struggled to complete any of the runs in the week.

If you have completed the week then move on to the next one

Believe in yourself and the program X

It goes 1,2,3,4 and onwards!😁.... A lot of people struggle doing the runs, you need to use a lot of determination and complete the runs unless you feel in real pain, really try and not give up! Never give up!😊

If you do the run, move on to the next one. Have trust in yourself and the programme 😀

If you finished all the runs, even if they were tough, you are ready to move on. That being said, there is nothing wrong with repeating if you want a slower build up.

I repeated a few when feeling like I was struggling or when my Hypothroid symptoms are particularly bad... and am now on W8D3 it may be hard to believe but the programme does get you there even if it takes a few weeks longer.

If you maintained a running motion throughout all run sections (however slow) and maintained a walking motion throughout all walking sections (however slow) and you've completed that session three times, you are ready to move on - the repetition is built into the programme for you already.

I'd argue that if you *seriously* believe you are not ready to move on then possibly an extra rest day before moving to the next session would stand you in better stead than repeating a session.

I re-did one run because I had a few days' gap between runs, and I just wanted to be sure I was ready to move on to the next week. The gap was due to travel and work commitments. I think it was a wise decision!
