Let's see how I get on with w5r1.
Just completed w5r1 hard but felt great. Each run this week different too.
Slow and steady... trust in the programme and soon you will be pushing that truck with no effort
Some days are just like that and don't forget you can always repeat a run or a week if you don't feel like moving on to the next one yet. Hopefully you will feel better on your next run. Week 5 is full of variation but keep it slow and steady and you should finish the week on a real high
Well done on finishing! I really struggled at the start of the week!
It's best if you just forget about the bad run and focus on the next! I'm sure you will smash this one
The programme works. It can be tough, but keep going and don't run too fast. You'll be amazed at what you are capable of!
