Well done you, you've taken the hardest step, getting up and starting this magnificent journey. Take it nice and slow and follow the superb programme; at times you will have to grit your teeth and concentrate on the positives but it is well worth it.

Ta; everyone's plans/ schedules are different " one size does not fit all ". Since day one my plan was to run on Sat, Mon and Weds then have two consecutively rest days, then embark on the next week, to date, I did WK7R1 earlier this morning this schedule has been ideal.

Yes, I have planned runs, but I'm seeing how it goes this week. Week 7 is amazing! Well done you 😊 Hope I make it. Good luck with the rest of your journey.

Excellent, it all starts with that first run. I remember thinking I'd never be able to run more an a few minutes but trust the programme as it really works and don't be afraid if you need to repeat bits. Good luck!

Write this day down in your day planner... wait, I think I just dated myself... somewhere you wont forget. There will come a time you'll absolutely want to know the exact date you started this amazing journey!

in reply to jaybro28

I will do and thank you. Best of luck as you continue your journey 😊

You've took the first big step. The important thing I learnt was it isn't about how fast you go or the distance you cover but about going at a pace that is right for you and you enjoy it...have fun and enjoy, Oh yes and well done for getting up and out πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
