Just completed W2. πŸ˜€Haven't done much exercise at all since leaving school but approaching 60 I decided it was time to start looking after myself a bit given my family history of heart disease.

Good decision...:)

A part of my reasoning for beginning this great programme, was to get heart healthy ( also history of heart disease)

Nearly two years on, still running three times a week :)

Keep it slow and steady and listen to your body...rest days are essential and other exercise on those days is great too... walking, cycling, swimming, whatever. Strength and Flex is useful as well. Many of used this ,alongside C25K

Keep posting for great support, and as there are quite a few folk at the same point as you, it is great to compare notes...:) Week 3, here you come!
