I haven't run for a week and should be doing Week 6 run 2 but am scared I won't make it. Should I try something easier or just crack on with it?

Crack on. I missed a week with a cold and was really anxious but it was absolutely fine. If it is too much, it doesn't matter you can put it down as a practice run
You could try sitting on the couch and waiting for retirement. That's not too difficult.

Just do it... nothing to fear, except fear itself!

Crack on, now! 😀👍🏼
Go for it. The worst that can happen is a practice run. More likely you'll have a brilliant run because you've had a few extra rest days. That's what I am telling myself - on way home to run after 5 rest days.
