Need a nudge!

I had just got to jogging for 30 minutes and then I had an operation. That was 4 weeks ago and for the last week I have definitely been ready to start jogging again.... not the 30 minutes again straight away but definitely for 8 or 10 minute chunks with a bit of a walk in between - I know I could manage that...... the point isn't I've lost my motivation to get back into it.....help!

Don't think just get your gear on and get out the door, anything you do after that will be a bonus;

Good luck

Decide which run it will be..... one run of week 4 is good to start with, then take it from there!

Get your gear on and go..... no messing!

NUDGE!

Get up, off that couch now and out the door, it's lovely out there :)
