Feeling really good that's another step closer. It's amazing how different the same run can be. Run 1 of this week was difficult right from the off but it taught me a lot.
This time i tried to be more consistent and set a pace that I was comfortable with from beginning to end. It definitely helped and although those gremlins played a few mind games along the way I was always in control enough to knock them into touch.
Tonight was definitely a lot cooler, still hotter than I would have liked but it definitely helped to make this a much more enjoyable run.
I feel I could have pushed a little harder but actually to run for 28 minutes and not be completely exhausted at the end is probably the confidence boost I needed.

Thanks. I am using a fit bit I inherited from my wife the app it links to seems quite good. I only use it for running but it has a lot more features for recording your exercise and calories etc
