Good and bad days

So 2 weeks to my first 5K and it is so hit and miss. One day I can run it no bother and in good time then the next I can't break 2k (don't think the heat has helped) trying not to feel deflated but just hate the bad runs.

It happens to many of us, sometimes.... which week of the C25K programme are you one?

Try to learn from your "bad" runs. We all have them and often there is no obvious reason why, but on many occasions there are things we can take from the situation to add to our own personal knowledge base, meaning we may be able to reduce the frequency of such runs in the future.

Keep running, keep smiling.
