Finished this morning! It was a bit tougher as I have had almost a week off in between runs due to hurting my heel. Feel so good for it, although it was so hot! My calves are still incredibly tight, need to find a way to ease them. Any tips? Thanks guys!

Massage... and gentle stretch... try in your runs to land lightly too...sometimes at the start we tend to stomp along.. and the impact is pretty hefty :) Kiss the ground with your feet :) Slow and steady !

Massage definitely helped! Need to keep stretching- thank you for the tips! I'm definitely a bit of a stomper, so will try and be a bit lighter on my feet!
