Quick question. For week one do you actually "jog" or just speed up your walk?

You need to run/jog during the running sections and then walk in the walking parts to recover. The walking parts also builds up your stamina. The speed you run doesn't matter at this stage.

As SC1472 says a run/jogging motion where both feet leave the ground during the run section. This can be as slow as you like, try to keep going til asked to walk.

You will get puffed out, don't worry about that just do your best and recover during the walk breaks.

The plans great and does work, follow the rules, take it steady, enjoy your successes.😊
