So I started a new job around the same time I picked up the C25k app.

About a week in, I'm talking to one of my new colleagues in a communal area and suddenly someone is absolutely PUMPING out the tunes in one of the offices. We both laugh about how inappropriate this is (thinking it must be coming from outside) and carry on our conversation for 5 minutes.

After a while I start thinking....thats very loud and really quite strange, why would someone be partying it up at 10:30 in the morning? And that is the point when I hear Laura........

errrrr.........hang on......what?

My phone has turned the app on by itself at absolute MAX volume. I literally looked like a beetroot for the rest of the day.
