Ha ha, I know how you fell. I have just spent 17 days on the IC, and ran for the first time yesterday. It was such a release.
I am going to try alternative things to do on my 'rest' days, such as swimming, yoga, cycling, karate or resistance training - running not great for upper body strength - to see what other things I can do to keep me moving.
This is what I try to do too. I do kettlebell on 2 of my rest days but nothing brings me as much satisfaction as a run. Glad to hear you're off the IC 👍🏻
Thanks. I guess I am looking for a program similar to the C25K for another discipline. I like the structure to follow.
I'm also looking into how to continue my running post C25K with another program to follow on.
