My brain got in the way BIG TIME after W6R2 - knowing what I had to achieve in R3. Didn't think I could do it. For me, it felt like a big jump to go from 20 minutes to 25 but I did it and so will you. I started to feel really tired after 20 minutes (probably psychological) but by that time, you've come far enough that you really want to make it to the 25. What I'm saying is, don't let this next run worry you - you can do it!
thanks. I am going to complete W6R3 tomorrow. Went to kickboxing yesterday for the first time. Arms and legs about to fall off.
