So disappointed to be unable to finish the second 5 minute run Week 4 (run 3) due to horrendous cramp in outer lower leg. Shame as so far it's been going really well😩 Any tips to prevent same happening again ?? Plan to repeat same run in 2 days.

Hydrate properly. 3-4 l water the day before you run.
Take a small flask of pickle juice with you. Sounds weird. But a tiny sip will alleviate cramp almost instantly.

Pain in my right ankle area stopped me running yesterday.......felt a bit like cramp. I loosened my laces, walked a bit and then was okay. Sometimes these things happen and need to be treated as learning experiences​ rather than making us downhearted. Rigs is probably right though, hydration is crucial.
