So completed week 6 on a high after a really hard r1. Really delighted after a tricky start to the week. This was my longest run without stopping so listened to all you experienced runners and took it really slowly (so slowly I was almost jogging on the spot!). Anyway, I did it! Hooray! And have to say that I had more than a little left in the tank at the end, so maybe a bit faster than on the spot next time ππ!

Well done, it's great to have some left in the tank. Week 7 is a nice step up, or consolidation I guess. I'd start off slower if I did it again. (I'm halfway through it)
