More running than walking! W4R1

As I started off this morning I was working out the activity jump from week 3 to week 4. I am feeling really pleased with myself that I carried on with the run (albeit at a slow pace) all the way to the end. I hope I still feel the same on run two. 16 minutes of total running seems incredible compared to how I felt after running for the 60 second slots in week one. Progress is being made!

My only disappointment this morning is that I've been mapping my runs on Strava, but the sattelite lost me and it didn't work. It's just for my curiosity seeing how the different routes affect my progress, and how my runs change over the 9 weeks. A small frustration in the grand scheme of things!
