Just back from my run. 3 five minute runs complete - feel great but dreading the 8 minute run on Monday - will try not to worry about it - I guess 5 weeks ago I didn't think I would even make it this far - onwards and upwards it is !!

Don't worry about future runs. The programme prepares you for each run and so by the time it comes you are ready for it. Well done on coming so far.
