How long is a 'break' from it.

After the horror of week 6 I had a 7 day break. Shall I go back to where I left off or go back 1 or 2 weeks? I'm not sure at what point it is too late to pick up from where you left off.

Thanks

Personally, I'd do w6r2 ( two times 10) and w6r3 (25) just to convince myself I hadn't forgotten. Then move on!!

Week 5 was something I feared so when I did that, thought week 6 would be easy! Wrong, it was very challenging. I did stumble round and by week 7 I felt good again. You can decide but as long as your legs are ok, a week off should be ok and you did week5, why repeat it? Up to you though, just slow right down and breathe well and off you go - everyone has difficulties physically and with confidence, it's getting out again and plodding on that counts

Just go out and do the run... you are able to do this... just go slow and really steady... relax into the run and just enjoy it... if any gremlins appear? Then squish them flat as you go steadily on :)

Try it and see.....you will probably surprise yourself how little form you have lost in a week.

I had a break of 11 days and then had one of my best runs of the programme. Just do it!
