I'm just glad that's over. Three minutes is a LONG time! I kept going though. A few years ago I would have stopped when it got tough. Small victories πŸ˜€

Might be a small victory but it's a good one. I found myself thinking when I had done run one I had nothing to worry about doing runs 2 and 3 so I enjoyed them more.

Well done. I found the advice about breathing on the app during W2R3 very helpful, i.e to use your footsteps to count your breathing: breathe in through your nose for 1. 2, 3, 4 steps and then out through your mouth for 1, 2, 3, 4 (for the benefit of anyone who hasn't heard that advice). That really helped me. I also run in a group so that helps too. 😊
