The joy of amazon! I decided on a belt and had no shoulder pain and was much more focussed on the posture. My pace decreased to 7min 45 secs per km instead of 7mins 2secs... I think it
Was not looking at my phone at the end of each km ... I guesstimated the end point and just jogged.... hmmmmm it was an easier run though lol
