Hi. Did W4 run 2 in the heat and felta pain in my upper thigh on the outside. Ran the last 5 min run in a bit of pain but finished it. I couldn't run the 3rd run on Saturday as in pain so walked it!. Have done some stretching exercises and feel it is a lot better today. Will try and run tomorrow morning. Any advice? Thanks
