W2r2 panic over!

With the weather at 23degrees I found it tough going before I'd even began verging on panic and not going...but I found myself shouting out loud through one of the runs I was about to give up on "come on Marie you can do this" just as I had finished shouting/crying I heard Sanjay say ok that's your last run...drenched in sweat feeling hilation I walked the hilly climb back home for my 5 min final walk...I wasn't a pretty sight when I got home but I did it...panic over!

Running is especially hard at the minute as it's so hot, so really well done to you Marie.

I have a special measurement for how bad I look at the end of a run. The worse I look the better I feel because it proves I pushed myself 😏 Weird I know.
