Can't believe I'm still sticking with this! I'll be starting week 5 tomorrow which means I'm nearly halfway through!
I have been looking ahead (I know I shouldn't) but actually I'm finding it motivating to think that I should be able to run for 25 mins in a row in 2 weeks time! I've managed to make it this far by following the programme so I can't see any reason why I shouldn't be able to keep going!
