I'm in shock that I am actually enjoying this - I am not fit and am lazy by nature, but myself and a friend have challenged ourselves and at the moment I am determined to do this. Has anyone further along this journey experienced weight loss or will I just get fitter??

Weight loss will only really happen if you are looking after your 'diet' but you will certainly feel fitter, you will become more toned and you will feel great.

You may lose weight, you may not, but yes, you will be leaner and more toned and feel great! Mentally and physically. :)

Try to think of the C25K programme as less of a challenge and more of an adventure...? IT can be fun... take it slow and steady.. take your rest days.. do some other exercise too on those days and listen to your body!

A healthy eating regime and this.. what's not to like ?
